Patch testing will be required for all chemical processes not less than 24 hours prior to service.
Patch Testing is free of charge, must be carried out for all clients who have never had chemical processes with us before, or where it has been more than six months since the last treatment with us, or if an existing client has had a tattoo or henna body art since their last treatment. There are no exceptions and we will not accept a disclaimer so please don’t ask - no patch test, no treatment and it’s the client’s responsibility to ensure this is booked in. Patch tests are for your own safety and we will never play fast and loose with your health.
